Ofcourse, not every one of these activities will apply to your recruitment assignment, but this is the general level of skill, work, and knowledge that goes into every assignment we undertake on your behalf.

CONTINUOUS ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION

To help grow your business, advise on strategic decisions, and find you the high quality candidates you are looking for, we continuously network and actively engage with professionals, businesses, industry experts and Key Opinion Leaders. Our candidate attraction and engagement campaigns are ongoing. We regularly undertake market research and seek out to find the key issues within our specialist industries. By pro-actively working this way we can stay one step ahead.

Throughout the recruitment process you will have 24 hour access to your consultant who will be available on mobile and email, or available to arrange a Skype call. They will regularly be in contact and provide updates as initially agreed during our first meeting.

STAGE 1: MEET & PREPARE

First, we meet or conference call with you. We want to learn more about you, your department, and your business. We’ll discuss and agree on the recruitment brief, including candidate profiles, advertising, deadlines, interview schedules, budget, and your bespoke needs. This stage is vital as everyone involved needs to fully understand what is expected from each other.

We may also provide other services at this stage such as:

  • Talent pool and market research
  • Job description writing
  • Salary data reports
  • Candidate attraction strategies
  • Competitor analysis
STAGE 2: SOURCE & SUBMIT

Second, we get to work on the initial shortlist. We source candidates from both the active and passive candidate markets. We screen and fully brief candidates through meetings, telephone, or Skype interviews, and we begin performing reference checks. To help manage risk, we never submit any candidate who does not provide references.

Depending on the service you are using, you will receive either a shortlist with the corresponding reports, or the profiles and CV’s of up to 3 to 5 candidates who match the brief.

STAGE 3: INTERVIEWS

Next, we manage the shortlist to ensure the best candidates are interviewed first, and maintain the interest of those who you would also like to consider. We prepare and coach all candidates for interview so both parties can get the most of out the interview process, and we take great care in looking after both you and the candidates before and after the interview, ensuring you both receive adequate feedback. This is key to protecting your employer brand within a talent pool as both this stage and the next are a very delicate process.

STAGE 4: HIRE & AFTERCARE

Lastly, we will provide advice on deciding which of those candidates you wish to hire. When you have happily made your decision we will manage the negotiations and the offer between you and the candidate, ensuring both parties are completely happy. We’ll also manage and look after unsuccessful candidates to help ensure they have received a positive experience throughout the process and their interaction with you.

Once an offer has been accepted, we will communicate regularly with you and the successful candidate, providing an aftercare service throughout the probationary period.

EXCLUSIVE CONTINGENCY

Our Exclusive Contingency service gives you the opportunity of finding a great candidate on a ‘no hire no payment’ basis. Where our Exclusive Contingency service differs from a typical contingency service is that we ask for a period of exclusivity to perform the service for you. Exclusivity time frames will differ depending on the role and your requirements, but typically they are 2-4 weeks.

This is where we work in partnership with you exclusively throughout the entire search assignment. During our initial meeting, we will present our thorough search and screening process which we will be conducting on your behalf. Typically, we will split the service into 3 stages, the first two of which are paid for upfront and the final stage is paid upon a successful placement. The 3 stages are; the initial research, screening and shortlisting, and finally interviews and placement management.

We are confident in our ability to provide a great service. We believe it is unfair for you to have to pay any amount of the fee if you are not happy with outcome of the services we provide.

Our guarantee is simple. If within the first 90 working days of the candidates start date or completing an assignment or service:

  • You are not happy with one of the candidates we have placed at your company
  • You are not happy with one of the services we have performed for you
  • We cannot find a replacement candidate within 28 working days from the date of termination for our Contingency service, and within an agreed time frame from the date of termination for our Retained or Talent Market Intelligence
  • We cannot re-work a particular assignment to a level of your satisfaction
